This is maybe an ultimate set-up issue. We visit every location of note, we spend time with every remaining main cast member, and we see Lance. You remember Lance, right? The right hand man for the Governor of the Commonwealth? Super talkative fellow, pretty awful at explaining things? Lance is awesome.
