A significant issue, showing 'Walking Dead' at its best. I love predictions with this title (I'm 1 for 8, so its not because I'm good at guessing) so here goes: Issue #200 is an election between Rick and the (new) Governor for control of the Commonwealth, and the timing of the mid-terms is what kept this from being a Halloween issue.

Now that we have that nonsense out of the way, the kids are growing up on the hilltop, Rick has a sad lunch, Eugene is a eugenious, and Dwight can't help but out stupid himself at every turn. Maybe he should be required to carry are card that asks him "Are you Dwight? Are you considering doing something? Stop and call this number." and its just a drawing of a dog going 'woof'.

Also, its hard not to root for Dwight.

I give it 10 out of 10 Grahams
