BONUS REVIEW by GARY OWENS

Take me home to Chicago. Superman is on Part 4 of his walking across America campaign, and this month he lands in the Windy City. The story is more of vintage Superman, a one-issue tale that starts and stops mostly in anticipated territory, but it’s why I buy Superman. The cover, for once, does give you an idea on the topic. J. Michael Straczynski does leave an unanswered question, concerning a particular woman (don’t want to give away more), but the story mostly works. It’s a nice change after Superman was gone for a year…
