VERY FINE/NEAR MINT

(W) Jason Aaron (A/CA) Jason Latour

The final chapter in the story of how the worst football player in Craw County rose to become 'Coach Boss,' and the terrible bloody price he had to pay along the way. Don't miss the chilling conclusion of 'Gridiron,' the second arc in the seminal southern crime series.

Reviews

This is a mean one. We get to find out exactly how Coach Boss became coach. Its colder than I would have expected, and told in a beautiful splash page by Jason Latour. Coach Boss also finds out there are consequences to the weight of 'football being worth the blood', setting up a certain daughter coming home from war. Not recommended for all ages, people who don't approve of profanity, or readers scared of good comics.
