    Staff info

    Tom A.

Tom has proudly called Murrieta home since 2008. A devoted family man, he’s been married for 20 years, with three kids and two grandsons. Tom is a 22-year U.S. Navy veteran, retiring as a Master Chief Petty Officer in 2017. As a lifelong comic book collector, Tom boasts an impressive collection, including every issue of Amazing Spider-Man, Spectacular Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2099, Sensational Spider-Man, and Spider-Man. It's no surprise that the web-slinger is his all-time favorite superhero. Tom has been a loyal customer at Graham Crackers Comics in Murrieta for nearly 15 years, starting from when they took over the previous establishment. His passion for comics is matched only by his love for horror movies, wrestling, and metal music. He also shares his love for horror on his YouTube channel, where he dives deep into the genre. Additionally, Tom co-hosts Horror Trivia every Wednesday on the Kings of Horror YouTube channel and even appeared in The Last Amityville Movie by Josh Spiegel. Tom’s enthusiasm for the comic book world is infectious, and he loves connecting with fellow fans. Whether you're new to comics or a seasoned collector, he's always ready for a great conversation about the world we all cherish.

    Hayden O

Hayden’s a simple guy. He collects comics, manga, figures, at the cost of his wallet constantly needing life support. Regardless of financial happiness, he’ll be happy to show you around the store or answer any questions you might have. If you want to make conversation with Hayden, bring up the following: Godzilla, One Piece, Silver Surfer or The Flash, but be warned, this conversation could last a LONG time. When he’s not clocked in at work and drowning himself in comic book knowledge, you’ll typically find him enjoying the outdoors, or attempting some artwork somewhere. “All things are possible through the loving nuclear breath of Big G” – Hayden

    Troy

To the world I’m simply known as “T”, to my co-workers I’m known as the King of The Back Issues *their words not mine* thanks to my favorite task of processing back issues. I’ve been collecting comics since dinosaurs roamed the planet, so if you’re looking for something a little older, I’m happy to point you in the right direction. I’m also possibly the biggest Art Adams fan in the world so if you really want to get me talking, just ask about Art Adams, Frank Cho and David Nakayama.

    Sean G

Hey, I’m Sean! I’ve been working in the comic world for the past 7 years and collecting since 2015. I joined the team at Graham Crackers Comics in April, and honestly, I’ve been loving every minute of it. I got hooked on comics after reading The Vision by Tom King (seriously, if you haven’t read it yet—do it!). I try to read a bit of everything, but I’ll always be a Marvel fan at heart. Whether you’re just starting out or have been reading for years, I’ve got tons of recommendations—and I’m always open to hearing yours too. I’m also really into manga and anime, so if you’re looking to get into that side of things, I’ve got you covered there as well. Come say hi—I’m always down to talk all things comics. I can’t wait to meet everyone who comes into the store. I truly believe Graham Crackers Comics is a place you can call your second home.

    Miranda

Miranda (“Mira”) is a small local artist that works at Graham Crackers Comics. She loves to geek out about art and comics are a great source for inspiration! If you are looking for comics that inspire your creative side or just starting out with some ‘How-To’ books, she will be there to help you out. Most of her knowledge with comics will be in independent and manga, but is branching back out into Marvel and DC. When she is not at work she will be drawing, writing, reading, or playing videogames. If you are looking for something new to read, talk about your favorite book or artist, she will be happy to geek out with you too.
