Revenge stories that are based on incredibly elaborate plans that end with the subject of the effort broken as their world falls around them are incredibly satisfying.


Revenge plans as simple as 'You killed mine. I'ma kill you.' are also satisfying, especially if you identify with the wronged party.


Changing from plan 2 to plan 1 at the end of plan 2 is not, it turns out. A solid issue that leaves a mega criminal alive who'd be better off in the ground. Ain't no changing the minds of the cult that cheers for the Runnin' Rebs. Craw County is broke in a way that don't allow fixing.
