For thirty years, the demon of vengeance has been still, its corpse buried in a pumpkin patch graveyard in the hills. They hatch their own supernatural plans for dealing with Pumpkinhead. ![]() I was ready to enjoy Pumpkinhead as a retread of the film. There's really not much wiggle room when you need to call up the spirit of vengeance and you pay the same price as your intended victim. The fact that there is some world building, expanded demon mythos, and a Kyle Strahm (The Spread) back up story is enough to put Pumpkinhead in any horror fan's patch. I give it 7 out of 10 Grahams VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
