It's a big Gary Frank week. You can choose between Geiger #3, Batman Earth One v3, or both.
Since its a Gary Frank week, that means its a beautiful week, with lovely illustration, good page layouts, and expressive character work. In Geiger, those are all in service of an unsurprising story. We finish the back story of the Glowing Man, which leads us to the current actions of the Glowing Man, and because he's glowing we're able to see how both stories are going to play out from about 3 miles away.
Still, its fun, radioactive Max Maxian nonsense that looks as good as any book on the stands drawn by Gary Frank.
