BONUS REVIEW by John Robinson
Diving in with low expectations this 'free' book caught me off guard! Normally Marvel dishes out some pretty crappy FREE COMIC BOOK DAY books. Reprints, comics that are the size of a calculator, or B-TEAM work. This turned out to be a reprint, but I didn't realize it since it came out a year ago. Whoops! First off, you get 30 pages of story & art (no ads) by Bendis & Hitch. It's gorgeous. At $3.99 this book is a bargain, let alone free! Perfect lead in to the AGE OF ULTRON story, a complete full comic - not a teaser, no sketch pages, no script pages. You get a story by two of Marvels best creators, and for free. What's not to like? I would certainly make this book one of my choices (provided I didn't buy the original over a year ago) - as should you!
