The touching and funny trip to the Veterans' Hospital, the witty banter between our heroines, and the flashbacks all bring this issue of Birds of Prey up to a whole new level of greatness. Writer Marc Andreyko shows he knows his Birds of Prey. And Billy Tucci's pencils are a thing of beauty. Did we mention that Tucci also did some of the inks! With or without inks, Lady Blackhawk never looked better. Pay attention kiddies cause this is something you don't see every day.
