![]() Even though it's happened before, I'm always amazed at how BACK ISSUE magazine can make me look back fondly on comics that were actually quite dull to me the first time around. This issue we look at NICK FURY, again I could take him or leave him, but reading about the books was honestly more fun that when I read the books. Found out there was a period where Marvel did all of these original NICK FURY stories in the U.K. which have yet to ever been collected. They look amateurish (like much of the early UK Marvel work) - yet I suddenly want to read them, just because I can't. TwoMorrows does a great job on all of their publications, but if you dig COMICS HISTORY and the Bronze age in particular - you'll find this to be a great read indeed! I give it 9 out of 10 Grahams VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
