People love John Carpenter's The Thing. Since those people can't make 'Thing' comics without all sorts of licensing issues, they make ones that put a bit of other mythos MIXED with The Thing together and get what we'll call Mixed Results. The Spread was The Thing mixed with Lone Wolf and Cub-Results? Excellent. Approach had been The Thing mixed with Lovecraft mixed with Die Hard 2. With this issue, it becomes The Thing mixed with Lovecraft mixed with Die Hard 2 mixed with Deep Blue Sea. Results- Good. Writers Jeremy Haun and Jason A. Hurley, working with artist Jesus Hervas, present an excellent reminder to fire any naked saggy old lady muttering an ancient language in the employee bathroom, even if its Opal and she's two weeks away from retirement.
