 No spoilers, no recapping of events, just a lot of questions. First, again I must ask how is this not a Vertigo book? Artwork, plotline, guest stars, all scream Vertigo. For 20 years, Vertigo was giving us that outside view of the DC universe. Why are we trying to mainstream everything? 2nd question, is there anyone else who saw the cover and didn't immediately think that it was rip off of Flash comics #184 from 1968. Except that back then men could cry softly. Final question, after all this tragedy will we be treated to various crossovers detailing the effects of said tragedies? Nope? That's just not fair.
