Spectacular Spider Fans will recognize that Norman doesn't sound like Norman when he's in a Carnage. That appears to be deliberate on Slott's part. I'm ok with that. The too cute throwbacks to Spider-Man Homecoming and Amazing Friends, less so.

There are other characters in this issue we know. I wonder what THEY would sound like in a Carnage? Not at all a childish question, as this issue will show. With his friends at the end of their ropes and his webs, will Peter be able to rouse himself for one last fight with Norman?

If he loses, he loses everyone...that sounds like a decision that carries great responsisomethingorother the greatly powerwhatevered should consider carefully.

I give it 7 out of 10 Grahams
