Kite-Man! has been one of the rallying cries of hilarity running through Tom King's Batman. It turns out even THAT was a part of a larger plan. Is Tom King just a pseudonym for Grant Morrison? Be prepared to soar to emotional highs and lows with the 13th silliest villain in the DC universe, with nicely restrained art by Clay Mann.
Should you buy this issue? Hell yeah!
