What If? Somebody was able to do with comics what your mother did with leftovers and create something tasty out of something that probably shouldn't be served to healthy humans? Well, now you can thrill to the sight of Matthew Rosenberg doing exactly that in this issue of Punisher, as he takes the last vaguely green and slushy bits of Secret Empire and manages to turn them into something less than steak but something better than a bland goulash. It's easily the best Punisher runs in years, but it's not as good as a giant summer sale on back issues like the one coming this weekend. Missing that would be like punishing yourself. Highly recommended for Zemo fans, those who like to see Frank win, and anybody who appreciates huge savings. Like those found at a big summer sale.

I give it 8 out of 10 Grahams
