 James Tynion IV and Rafael Albuquerque had the unenviable task of wrapping up the most popular comic of the New 52. Synder and Capullo's Batman has been the highlight of the last five years of DC Comics, both creatively and saleswise, so to have a another creative team step in to put a capstone on that run could only have been daunting, but Tynion and Albuquerque put together a decent issue that strikes a necessary note of sentimentality for a final issue, while resisting a complete dive into the maudlin mire last episodes frequently sink into. I give it 6 out of 10 Grahams VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
