BONUS REVIEW by John "Doc" Schaefer

Again, Avatar keeps a tight reign on the gore and violence. I actually though it was all over when page one was a full page shot of Hitler with a gun in his mouth. But writer Kieron Gillen keeps the alternate universe-like storyline fresh and interesting. The supermen and women of the third reich have given Hitler new hope even though all sides are hitting rock bottom. But the Allies have hope in the form of a long thought lost agent behind enemy lines. Fresh hope against overwhelming despair told in a realistic style. Uber manages to overwhelm the odds against it for another issue.

I give it 8 out of 10 Grahams
