Basics of Placing an Order
1. Click on the Add to Cart button, will add a copy of whatever book you've
selected.
2. If you'd like more than one copy, change the
quantity box in the shopping cart, and hit 'recalculate'.
3. Clicking on a comic cover on the main page will bring you to the
extended description of the book, and from there you can click on the add to
cart button.
4. You can either type in part of a titles name in the search box (i.e.
astonishing, would give you results for all the astonishing x-men series +
astonishing tales). Or you can choose to Browse the on-line catalog by
clicking on TITLE to the left of every page.
5. Once you've filled the cart with all the books you'd like, hit the
checkout button.
6. Upon checkout you will be asked to 'log in' to the site. If you
already have an account with us, just enter your e-mail address and password.
If not, you can create a new account right there and then.
7. We do ship INTERNATIONAL, as well as local. International s&h is
$12 (for up to 13 books), while the US & Canada are a flat $5.
Forms of Payment
1. We accept payment in the form of all major credit cards. VISA, M/C,
AMEX & DISCOVER.
2. We also accept payment in the form of PAYPAL.
3. When checking out you can opt instead to PHONE IN your payment at
1-877-COMIC-99 (1-877-266-4299).
4. Your last option is to MAIL IN PAYMENT in the form of either a check,
money order or cash. Keep in mind that your books are NOT put aside for
you, until payment arrives
5. Once you've filled the cart with all the books you'd like, hit the
checkout button.
Pull & Hold Service
1. Also known as a SUBSCRIPTION service. We do have a service at all of
our stores, as well as one on-line. Click
HERE to view the SUBSCRIPTION faq. Both services are entirely FREE.
Special Requests
1. If you can't find the book you are looking for try one of
the following:
a. shorten the title, instead of typing FAFHARD & THE
GREY MOUSER, just type FAFHRD. It's possible we have it listed under FAFHARD AND
THE GREY MOUSER and that's what you are not seeing it.
b. Send us an e-mail request, and if the book is
on the site we'll e-mail you back with a direct link. If it's not on the
site, we'll check all of our stores and add it for you.
c. If a title is NOT on our subscription list,
you can e-mail us a request to add it, we can usually take care of that in a 24
hour period.
2. We're always happy to take special requests, be it something off your
WANT LIST that you haven't been able to find - to a BRAND NEW comic that your
local store just doesn't seem to carry. Feel free to ask.
