Marvel's description for this issue is so worthless and misleading that I'm writing over it.
It's a typical NEW AVENGERS issue and this appears to have been a classic 'use this pin-up cover for any issue' kind of cover.
It's more of the NEW AVENGERS vs the OSBORN powers that be.
