 Pat Olliffe comes in hot on the art, and Tom DeFalco comes in cold with the story in this return to Secret Wars. Celebrating the 40th anniversary of the toy line turned maxi-series, this is a story set during the original 12, with characters plucked from certain areas, to fight in NEW areas, and to never be spoken of again when they're put back. Who's doing the plucking? Two mystery voices that are around during Secret Wars that are more powerful than the Beyonder, and know the REAL STAKES of what's happening. Recommended for fans of ret-conning and when people say 'Battleworld' in the 'Battleworld' comic so you know you're reading the right book and not one without a 'Battleworld' in it.
