BONUS REVIEW by Gary Owens

One comic, three stories. First one is a robbery, with an artist who likes Byrne’s drawings of thugs. Second involves a dragon, and the third has a new pale villain that’s perfect for a short story. I like LODK’s concise, more lit view of comic books, but I’m waiting for that edgy tale that takes Batman out of everyone’s comfort zone, like when Batman chose to take EPD (enhanced performance drugs) back in the first volume, long ago. The first LODK offered stories ranging his whole lifespan, and mistakes in his early days are good reads (see Year One). This is just a start to a great series.

I give it 8 out of 10 Grahams
