Lost in time, Jonah rides through the modern South and into a corrupt town run by a ruthless family whose roots go back to the Civil War. Their name? Turnbull. Hex is about to learn a painful lesson in family history!
Date Available: 3/26/2014
BONUS REVIEW by John "Doc" Schaefer

The roller coaster ride that is Jonah Hex takes another upward turn. Major spoilers alert! Jonah goes to the present-down. Well written storyline and the fact that Jonah's personality doesn't change-upswing. Since issue #1, the ups and downs of this book have made it hard to be a regular buy. The deal breaker came when they fixed the scar! I mean really, that was his deal. You might as well have Superman stop wearing the "S" for Christ's sake! However, the writers have brought us a plot point that makes me want to read this book again. And they do it by killing off one of the most under used heroines in the New 52 universe! Gina, Hex's girlfriend from the present bites it on the last page in a totally believable way. But the question is will the New 52 let her stay dead? Please Mr. Palmiotti and Mr. Gray, let her die. I will certainly miss her but the point is that her death represents the consequences of the lifestyle she chose. Bringing her back would be a total copout!

I give it 7 out of 10 Grahams
