All shipments include tracking information. Tracking emails are sent when your order is shipped. If for some reason you do not see email with your tracking number, please check your email filter settings as they often put automated tracking emails in the junk / spam folders.
1 item = 1 comic book. If you buy a comic set that contains 6 comics then it will equal 6 items, not 1 item. A Graphic Novel that reprints 12 issues will = 12 items, not 1 item. Items are used as a measurement of weight.
Domestic US orders over $99 purchased in 1 cart checkout will qualify for free Economy Shipping (exclusions include subscription orders and international shipping).
The cheapest option we offer. Packages will ship via US Postal Service. Packages will ship in a First Class Box, a T-fold Mailer designed to protect your comics, or a standard shipping box.

The most popular shipping method we offer. This rate will get your books out via USPS Priority Rates go up from there based on the insurance level you would like to cover. Orders will ship in a USPS Priority Envelope with protection from a thick cardboard T-Fold Mailer designed to protect your comics. Larger orders will ship via a box. Price adjusts based on the amount of items added.
Delivery estimated within 2 to 3 business days when not during a Holiday or Pandemic or other service delays.
The big brown truck. Best option for the most expensive orders. Highly recommended for CGC, CBCS & PGX graded books. Signature option available on request (required on high value orders). Heavier packages and larger are also best suited for this option. Price adjusts based on the amount of items added.

For our local customers or anyone who happens to be visiting in town. We offer free in store pickup at all of our physical store locations. Just select the option and your store of choice. The option costs you nothing except the time it takes to swing past the store.
We do our inter store transfers on Tuesdays and Fridays so it only takes a few days at most to get your orders to the store of your choice (exceptions include Normal which receives their transfers on Tuesdays, Madison Wisconsin and Temecula, CA). If the order has upcoming new releases due out the upcoming Wednesday, The order will not be available until then. Please be advised that many factors such as adverse weather, incoming product being found damaged, and a variety of other factors may delay your order. Times shown are a best estimate of arrival. You will receive a notification either text, or email (based on what you select) when your order is confirmed to be in the store you selected to ensure you do not waste a trip.
Initial pricing covers the first 12 standard size comics. We can safely fit 12 current sized comics in each shipping mailer and any additional will require us to add an additional package.
S&H cost compounds with each additional 12 books. Please note: Delivery times are only estimates and may fluctuate depending on how long it takes to get through International Customs Offices.

A bit cheaper to ship to Canada than the rest of the world. We subsidize most every package but even so -
International shipments are expensive. If you have special requests for customs handling, please inform us in the comments box at checkout. We can't do anything about a package after it's already been shipped out, so special requests 'DON'T LEAVE ON FRONT STEP' or whatever need to be made at time of checkout.
