The cover looked fun, so I gave this issue a look. Much like a hot dog bun without a wiener, it was an empty, joyless experience. Apparently, it takes an entire comic to achieve what Chris Claremont could do with a couple of caption boxes. How many pages does it take to find out that, Spoiler Alert, Magneto's bad? Answer: 20, but it'll feel like 40. Highly recommended for masochists, blind people who've had their hands cut off, and those who hope that Wolverines restoration might just turn this Blackbird around.
