BONUS REVIEW by SHANNA BERRY

Still saddened by the loss of Nightcrawler, the X-men must mourn quickly to prepare for an assault upon Utopia! It’s not an ideal situation to rush a funeral service, and Cyclops is handling it the best he can. Can Hope bring him back eventually? Since we haven’t seen any powers from Hope yet I would think not, but we know how those pesky powers will turn on when you least expect, it’s coming. The loss of Nightcrawler may very well draw a rift through the X-men. It’s going to take time for the team, and the fans, to accept this loss and move on. Meanwhile, someone has infiltrated the base and communication lines have been cut: we’re almost halfway through Second Coming and I still have NO idea what’s around the corner, but with Bastion at the helm of the offense I know there are great things to come! Catch the next chapter in New Mutants #13.
