In the crazed conclusion to "Insane In the Brain," Logan's stay in the whacked-out Dunwich Sanatorium finally comes to an end as his pals Psylocke and Nightcrawler show up to rescue him from the maniac clutches of Dr. Rot.  But even if they can save his life, is it possible to recover what he's lost of his sanity?

BONUS REVIEW by SHANNA BERRY

This series has focused on something all fans of Wolverine enjoy: toying with Logan’s mind. Taking it to another level, the conclusion we’ve been waiting for leaves me with one question: Why is this NOT a MAX series?! For the last three issues Logan has been in a mental institution, convinced that his memories are evidence of his insanity. Every now and then he gets a glimpse of truth, followed quickly by sedation. It all blows up in this issue! This might be some of the most brutal fight scenes ever to involve the X-men, gruesomeness usually reserved for Punisher MAX, including intestine strangulation! Simply put, Jason Aaron knows how to write good Wolverine stories, and I look forward to this series each month.
I give it 7 out of 10 Grahams
