REVIEW by Brian Fisher

Ah, nostalgia. Back when an unknown writer named Robert Kirkman released a little black and white comic called the Walking Dead. And the world was changed forever. Commemorating the release of the 50th issue of the Walking Dead next month Image has reprinted the first issue with a load of special features and extra material. It's nice sometimes to go back and read those truly innovative and revolutionary comics, so thank you Image for this treat. (P.S. the only reason I'm not giving this a perfect 10 is I have an aversion to companies reprinting issues and overcharging for them, and at $3.99 it's only a little offensive.) I give it 9 out of 10 Grahams
