Reviews

Mysteries abound in the newest Uncanny X-Men #1. This first issue jumps off with action featuring the Marvel Trinity of the X-Men: Wolverine, Gambit and Rogue teaming up to battle an ancient dragon on his own turf. This introductory issue sets up plenty of new interesting character turns and introduces a few new faces. Gail Simone writes a story reminiscence of a classic Claremont/Byrne tale, heavy on character background and dialogue. With artwork by Dave Marquez and Matt Wilson, Uncanny X-Men #1 is a definite page turner that will leave you wanting to read what comes next.
