DOCTORS FOSTER & BLAKE, READY YOUR SCALPELS! Once upon a time, Jane Foster and Donald Blake were more than friends. With Blake at her side, Jane could've shared the very throne of Asgard. Now…they are about to become the bitterest of enemies. And if Valkyrie falls, she'll have lost more than a crown. All of the Ten Realms are at stake - not to mention the life of All-Father Thor! Rated T+

THROG!

THIS COMIC FEATURES THROG! FROG OF THUNDER! BREAKER OF WORLDS! DESTROYER OF FACES! ALL OTHER FACTS ABOUT IT ARE IRRELEVANT! TEN OUT OF TEN! LONG MAY HE REIGN AND RIBBIT IN ALL HIS FROGGY GLORY!

…You have no idea how tempted I was to end this review there. Anyways, this book does in fact feature a frog with the power of the norse god of thunder and a giant teleporting pug fighting a mad doctor, which incidentally is one of the greatest sentences I’ve ever typed. Now if that description somehow fails to at least capture your attention, then I am terribly sorry to report that you have no soul, and there is absolutely nothing I can do for you. This is the kind of thing that comics can do that the movies would never even dare to try. Sure, they’ll have Fat Thor, but do they have the guts to have Froggy Thor? I think not. May Donny Cates and Nic Klein continue to bless this book with their presence, because this is the best Thor has been in years. And somewhere right now, I know that our resident Viking manager Rick Berg is currently fuming over that remark, but he didn’t like Doomsday Clock, so I regret nothing.

I give it 10 out of 10 Grahams
