This issue tells the story of Mother Abigail, starting at her childhood and continues on to the present. Mother Abigail must gather the forces of good to stand before Randall Flagg and the forces of evil. She knows that the battle of good and evil is coming but all she can do for now is put her trust in the Lord. But with Randall Flagg as the leader of the forces of evil she knows that the things to come will not be easy.
