Witness the first meeting between Superman and Lois Lane, the beginnings of Clark Kent's career at the Daily Planet, and the birth of his rivalry with Lex Luthor. BONUS REVIEW by Shawn
If you missed the first two parts of the series, congratulations! Well done! However, if you've been a fan of all of Frank Millers post-Dark Knight Returns- Batman work, you'll probably enjoy this issue. It features the obnoxious young Batman from All Star Batman and Robin, and the Diana who's eventually going to give birth to Superman's child, on a rooftop, figuring out how to beat Lex Luthor and the Joker. It's not good enough to redeem the last two issues, but it's fun if you're a DK3 fan. Highly recommended for those who want to see when Batman wasn't so smart in the DK Universe, those who thought Superman was mishandled in the Dark Knight Returns, and John Romita Jr. fans who needed a win. I give it 8 out of 10 Grahams VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
