Are we all aflutter with crossed fingers and high hopes? Does the word 'Hoth' have that effect on you? Do you see that 'Hoth' is on the cover here? Much the same way 'Star Wars #1' is on our club additions sheets? If you see 'Hoth' on the cover of 'Star Wars' and look outside and see snow and ice, does it make you think you will maybe see snow and ice INSIDE the book, allowing you to pretend to be outside but still be inside and warm and maybe fighting the Empire?
Yeah, this isn't that. There's no snow. No Hoth. There's another Star Wars desert-ish planet. It's actually a perfectly good issue, building to Star Wars #1 coming this January. Greg Pak has great OT characterizations, is doing wonders with C-3P0, and has some Han/Luke/Leia/Chewie material that would have been fun to see in a movie again.
