This is Star Wars as you remember it . . . and as you have never seen it before! We're taking you back to those heady, adventure-filled days following the destruction of the Death Star-when the Empire ruled, the Rebels were on the run, and the galaxy was a dangerous place where anything might happen!
Date Available: 04/17/2013
BONUS REVIEW by Shanna Wallace

Brian Wood, I love you!! Picking up just after the destruction of the 1st Death Star in A New Hope, we follow our heroes through adventures never seen!

Leia fans rejoice: this issue focuses quite a bit on our favorite princess!! Although my favorite part may have been when Darth Vader gets scolded, and demoted, by the Emperor for his recent failure.

The first few pages are rather wordy during what should be pretty exciting, but it’s necessary to set the stage and catch us up, so I didn’t mind. This story is new, while still capturing the feel of the original trilogy. There’s going to be a lot of love in this creation, and this fan can’t wait for the next issue!

I give it 8 out of 10 Grahams
