 Once again the fine folks at DC Kids division show they know more about entertainment and what comic fans want than their other divisions. First, we've got a wonderfully crafted Halloween story. We are give 3 guest stars in the forms of Deadman, the Phantom Stranger, and the Spectre! All of which have never been drawn better, cudos to artist Dario Brizuela! Next thrown in some bonus cameos by the best ghost characters of DC's past. Captain Triumph, the Ghost Patrol, the Grim Ghost, Kid Eternity, the list goes on and on! And all given individual personalities and quirks that are actually more well developed than they were when they had their own comics! Why aren't more comics like this? I give it 10 out of 10 Grahams VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
