"More of an epilogue to the last storyline than anything that’d stand on its own, this issue wraps up a few ongoing threads in time for the next arc. Cover guy Winter Soldier makes a welcome appearance, putting together some similar Cap and War Journal plots. A good transition issue, but not much more."
