But first, our narrator, the charming and amusing Sam Alexander, better known as (the new) Nova, brings us to the question: WHY?? A question no one thought to stop and ask. WHY does Oatu watch? What is his purpose? From there, we enter the world of Oatu, and it is pretty safe to say this book is delving into unknown territory.
