Reviews

We're well and truly back on track with this book. Please ignore the blurb used to sell this issue-if only one Spider-Man rises, its to get up and answer the door. That means we have both Miles and Peter (is it Peter?) doing a good old fashioned 'Spidey evades the police!' story. Even w/ Bendis, that can't take up 22 pages, so we get a conversation with a newsman and corporate super-villian to fill out the rest. Since those people are JJJ and Norman, it's a delight when both have a single strategy in mind when they sit down to talk. Also, Mary Jane seems to have known about 'Peter ' (if he is Peter) before the events of these issues. Slooowww start to this story, but the last two issues have righted the train nicely.
