It’s the mighty avengers versus the new avengers who have been overtaken by a symbiote virus. So, yeah, it’s avengers versus avengers symbiotes!! Janet gets new powers!! And the mighty avengers declare war on a foreign country!! All this and mark bagley too!!
"Did I mention that I totally think Wonder Man is a Skrull? ‘Cause I do. There’s a part early in this issue when, as the few Avengers unaffected by the Venom virus explain why they’re immune, Wonder Man thinks ‘No, wait, I’m---‘ and then says ‘I’m ionic. I’m not flesh and blood.’ But that dude was actually thinking ‘I’m a Skrull’. I’m pretty certain. In other news, the Venom thing blows over quickly, but it’s nice to see a Bendis story resolve quickly for a change, so I’m not complaining. "
