BLADE DRAWS NEAR! Jed MacKay and Devmalya Pramanik's critically acclaimed tour de force continues with the return of the daywalker BLADE! Weeks ago, the Midnight Mission was impaled by a living sword and seemingly destroyed! But while Marc Spector and his allies were able to resurrect it, another horrifying house from across space-time heard its death cry and has come to Earth hungry for flesh and blood. Luckily, that's a hunger Blade knows how to handle, though this monstrosity may be beyond even HIS pay grade...

Reviews
My love of Moon Knight (the guy I chose to put on my business cards) has been waning for a while now. I think that MacKay is a fine writer, but the art early on in the run held no appeal for me. Marvel's pointless, stupid, ill-conceived, moronic, tone deaf, and brutally short sighted insistence on restarting volumes also made me quit the title.
But there's Blade and stuff.
So anyway, this weeks issue of Moon Knight (who cares what the issue number is, Marvel doesn't) was a pure shot of early '90's awesome right into the saucy bits. It's as if a new Midnight Sons book was drawn by a Mike Deodato/Gene Colon telepod accident. Highly recommended for those who miss the real Midnight Sons, lovers of Blade, and the kid inside you that still thinks chains and magic shotguns are aces.
