Jungle Comics #1

Antarctic Press again goes for the gold! And when I say gold I of course mean the Golden Age! Once again stepping into the Wayback machine and introducing new readers to the classic title of Jungle Comics. This new version's stories reintroduce us to the jungle lord, Kaanga and it is apparent that writer Chuck Dixon knows his was around the jungle. And with Kelsey Shannon's unique artwork, the beauty and danger of the jungle seem to be given an upgrade. The story reads like something from the original series with a few minor points revealing the fact that this was written today. Add in a little back up with Shanna, the Firehair with a surprise guest star and you've got the rebirth of another title from yesteryear! And check out those coming soon title!
