 Since the 'Rebirth' era of DC comics started, they've had some spectacular holiday themed specials. This year's Nuclear Winter is no exception. People always say that "there's no hope after a nuclear war" or "my son's skin just sloughed off of his face" or "AHHGHGAAAHHHAAAAA I'M A LIQUID!!!!" when it comes to dropping the big one(s) Terminator style. Presented here are 9 tales of heroism big and small, holiday spirit wee and grand, and radiation poisoning severe and even more severe, that argue against that position. Every last one is at least good, most are better than that, and there's one that is too good, too touching, to heart wrenchingly inspiring to spoil here.
