The Riddler has been lying low since his humiliating defeat as part of Bane's army- but as costumed assassins start to make their way into Gotham City, Edward Nygma may have the answers he's been looking for. Or at least, the answer to why Deathstroke is trying to kill him! Is it possible that Batman's tussle with Slade Wilson was all just a ruse to get the killer closer to his true target?

BONUS REVIEW by Shawn

In what can only be described as the anti-Tom King Batman, the first two issues of Tynion's run sure seem like he's trying hard to be the sorbet of writers. Both issues have featured everything ever of all the things, save for the Bat Kitchen Sink. Were the Bat-Sink to appear, I have no doubt that Batman would probably ride in it somehow, but only after Alfred Fox tinkered with it. Highly recommended for those who really hated the Rebirth Batman, anyone patient enough to wait until Tynion starts playing offense, and readers who just want to see Batman fight a bunch of A list villains, not that there's anything wrong with that.

I give it 7 out of 10 Grahams
