THE BATTLE TO DECIDE THE ALL-NEW PHOENIX RAGES ON! Who will wield the destructive cosmic power of the Phoenix Force? Namor will stop at nothing to be the fiery victor. The Black Panther worries as much about victory as he does defeat. Jane Foster knows what it means to carry on a powerful legacy. The She-Hulk cannot be stopped. And the Orb has a giant, creepy eyeball for a head! Rated T+

What If? Contest of the Champions had a Telepod accident with Chris Claremont and John Byrne's popular mutant space zombie? You would have a strange mix Infinity Warps and A vs X. Clearly, it's certainly not the best of the Aaron Avengers run. However, it would be of great interest to anyone who enjoyed his run on the Mighty Thor. Great interest. Highly recommended for anyone in the mood for a series of dopey fights, anybody who wishes that Mighty Thor never ended, and those who know that it's not the size of the hammer...it's who's swinging it.

I give it 7 out of 10 Grahams
