Doom has come for New York. Not 'doom', and someone hits an anvil somewhere, and the same thing happens in one panel next issue. Doom, Doctor of, is our man here. There are some fun bits between Pete and Miguel, and Nick Spencer's Doom seems more like Doom than, say, the writer of 'Doom's Doom. Those are the good parts.

Pat Gleason's self inked pencils that lose much of the energy his 'Batman & Robin' and 'Superman' work had, and the trio of colorists who combine to make so much mud...those are the bad.
