The Kingpin is back and he has an agenda. Wilson Fisk tried to escape the life of crime, but following the brutal murder of his family he had no choice to return to Hell’s Kitchen and deal with his past once and for all. Matt Murdock has been dealing with his own set of issues and hearing about the Kingpin’s return makes him none too happy, but this time there’s a twist. The beginning of this story arc was very impressive. Brubaker is still hitting the right tone with Daredevil and I like where his Kingpin is at as a character. This sets up to be a very exciting plot line that should shake the cobwebs off this book, as it has been coasting for a while.
I give it 8 out of 10 Grahams
