Doctor Strange has failed as the Master of the Mystic Arts and all the other mystic characters are the heir apparent. Strange comes to the New Avengers for help as the mystic battle royale begins. Plus, how can the Avengers trust Spider-Man if he won't take his mask off? Date Available: 03/25/2009 BONUS REVIEW by Stephen Banas  In this issue we are supposed to learn the identity of the new Sorcerer Supreme, but instead there was a much bigger reveal in my opinion. I won’t say exactly what it is but it involves another important identity and Marvel completely contradicting their continuity. I really hate that, a lot. I did, however, enjoy the multiple artists collaborating on this one and I also marginally enjoy where the book’s plot is headed so it wasn’t a total loss. If you’re looking for a surprise, go ahead and pick this issue up. I give it 5 out of 10 Grahams VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
