Garth Ennis has finally done it. He has crafted so many amazing violent, action packed stories that when he writes a slowburn information dump issue... it kinda sucks. Jacen Burrows continues his excellent work but I don't pick up Punisher, especially a Garth Ennis written Punisher for talking heads. I want exploding heads, murder, death & mayhem. I do not want to see Frank and buddy eating sandwiches and nearly sharing a drink. Some people die nicely but most of the exposition could have (should have) been done while mowing down the bad guys...
