It's good to see that even stuck with the Year of the Villian sub-plot to have to work around Joshua Williamson still manages to bring out the best parts of the Rogues Gallery. With King Cold (am I the only one who thinks that should have been a character from Robbie Reed's time with the H Dial?) obviously lost, it's the rest of the Rogues that prove the value of the group and has made them a mainstay of the DC Universe for all these years. The depth and self awareness of who they are simply amazes the reader. With more big plans for the Flash in the near future, this part of the overall story remind us that character development and keeping true to those character's nature is vital to good storytelling. I give it 7 out of 10 Grahams VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
