VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
Written by MATT FRACTION Art by NOT CORY WALKER Cover by ARIEL OLIVETTI
Kraven's back, and Frank Castle's on the hunt in this, the second part of HUNTER/HUNTED. The son of Kraven has gone mad and begun collecting a menagerie of varied and villainous animal characters. The latest baddie he’s hunted down? The RHINO, who he swooped in and kidnapped before The Punisher could frag him. Bad idea. So: Kraven hunts the underbelly of the Marvel Universe to build his posthuman zoo. Punisher hunts Kraven. G.W. Bridge hunts the next member of his team. And what about Rhino? How does HE feel about all this? Not good. Not good at all. Surely it's a bad day for somebody. Hooray!

"Wow, only ONE issue of this arc from Cory Walker before he had to be replaced on art? Seriously? ONE issue? Jeez. To lessen the sting, Marvel was kind enough to get a similar style from artist Scott Wegener, who hopefully can do TWO whole issues before flipping out or walking off or whatever lame reason keeps Cory Walker from finishing his arc on this book. I mean, he was the fill-in artist, now HE NEEDS A FILL-IN ARTIST. There’s sad, there’s pathetic, then there’s THIS. I’m so angry and disappointed because he’s SO GOOD. Wegener is a fine substitute, but that’s all he is. A substitute. It’s so frustrating to watch a stellar artist completely sabotage himself by not, y’know, DRAWING anything. Grr. So angry. Oh, this issue is still fun to read, though. So you know."
